At Customsets, we specialize in custom-made football shirts and sports apparel, designed specifically according to your personal preferences. Because each item is made to order with your chosen name, number, size, and design, returns or exchanges are not possible once production has started.

Custom-Made Products

All Customsets products are personalized and made to order, including:

• Custom player names and numbers
• Selected sizes and fits
• Personalized designs, colors, and prints
• Custom football shirts and related sports apparel

Because these items are created exclusively for you, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@customsets.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, Customsets will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part (for example, incorrect name, number, size, or design not matching your order), we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@customsets.com.

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order, including:

• Spelling of names and numbers

• Design selection and color choices

Customsets is not responsible for mistakes in personalization details submitted by the customer. Always double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering.
